We DO NOT leave floral arrangements on doorsteps, porches, carports, garages, ect... Flowers will WILT due to the HEAT or FREEZE in the COLD, or may become damaged in bad weather, in which we are responsible for. Flowers have to be in a controlled environment at all times. And in today's world we have porch pirates. We require a phone number for the recipient, we call before delivery to ensure they or someone is at the address because, we require a signature for the deliver of our flowers.
Deliveries to the Westbank of St. Charles Parish for same delivery leave at 11:00AM! Any orders after 10:00AM will be delivered the next business day!
And we cannot carry every flower, in every color, that is on our website all the time. Nor every vase that's on our website. So there may be SUBSTITUTIONS as necessary, and we will do our very best to design the bouquet as similar as possible to the photo.
