We do not leave floral arrangements on doorsteps, porches, carports, ect... Flowers will WILT due to the HEAT or FREEZE in the COLD!  Flowers have to be in a cool controlled environment.  Also we require a phone number for the recipent (person you are sending the flowers to) because of  the weather and we require a signature of person who receives the flowers. Also we can not carry every flower, in every color that is on our website. So there may be FLOWER SUBSTITUTIONS, in order to design the bouquet as similar as possible to the photo.
